Our Design
The Mez is a magically versatile canvas. Deep, moody hues, natural textures, historical architectural details, and a nod to art-deco designs create a space that feels modern, romantic, and easily adaptable.​ Whether your vision is sleek and contemporary, lush and romantic, or bold and eclectic, every corner is camera-ready and made to make your celebration memorable.

OUR BEGINNINGS
Long before it became The Mez, this corner of Monroe Street moved with the hum of the Miami & Erie Canal. Built in 1892, the building has housed cigar makers, candy shops, cabinet builders, and a neighborhood pharmacy, a place where neighbors met, mingled, and made memories together.

In recent years, 710 Monroe Street sat empty, quietly waiting for its next chapter. Stephanie Pilgrim, building owner and founder of The Mez, saw its hidden magic and brought on Dani Bucher to design and manage the transformation, completed in January 2025. Together, they revitalized the history-soaked building into a modern, memorable venue where today’s moments meet timeless charm.
